    Pause before you text

    1. 1Before you send anything to him, look at the teal spiral on your phone.
    2. 2Take three slow breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.
    3. 3Then ask yourself: will I still be glad I sent this tomorrow? Send only what still feels true.

Teal: honest words and a calm heart.

    The colors of the heart

A spiral draws the eye to its center, the same shape found in shells, flowers and galaxies, built on the golden ratio. Each color below is traditionally associated with a feeling; choose the one you are drawn to, not the one you think you should need.

    Ways to love with it

    • A hand slipping a violet and gold spiral card under a linen pillow

      By your bed

Slip a card under your pillow or set it on your nightstand: the last thing you see at night.

    • A crystal glass of water standing on a pink and gold spiral card

      Under your water

Set a glass on the card or coaster while you say what you are ready for.

    • Tiger's eye and citrine resting on a gold spiral card

      With your crystals

Rest your rose quartz, a ring or a stone you love on the spiral.

    • A woman resting with her eyes closed and a teal spiral card on her forehead

      While you rest

Lie down, rest the card on your forehead or hold it to your heart, and breathe slowly for a few minutes.

    • A red and gold spiral card on the back of a phone

      On your phone

Three breaths before you text him, call him or check his profile.

    • As a gift

A card or a sticker for a friend whose heart is hurting.

    Elena's evening ritual

When you can't stop thinking about him

For the nights your mind keeps going back to him. It takes five minutes.

    1. 1Set the spiral where you can see it

On your nightstand, or your phone face up beside you. Dim the lights.

    2. 2Breathe with it

Look at the center of the spiral and take five slow breaths. Let your eyes follow the lines inward.

    3. 3Say what you feel, not what he should do

Quietly: "I miss him, and I am allowed to." Or whatever is true tonight.

    4. 4Put the phone down

Turn it over on the spiral sticker. Whatever needs saying can wait until morning.

A spiral works best as a small habit, not a test. A few things that help:

    1. 1Start with one usePick the moment that matters most right now and stay with it for a while.
    2. 2Breathe slowlyThree to five slow breaths each time you look at it. That pause is the ritual.
    3. 3Give it a few weeksUse it most evenings for two to three weeks before you decide what it does for you.
    4. 4Keep it where you'll see itOut of sight is out of ritual. Phone, mirror, nightstand.
    5. 5Let it change with youWhen your heart moves on, move to another color.

Do I need to feel something?

No. Some people notice they feel calmer or warmer, others feel nothing in particular. The spiral is a reminder to pause and be gentle with yourself; what matters is what changes in how you treat yourself, not a special sensation.

    A note from Elena
“So many of you write to me right after you've sent the message you wish you hadn't. This is my little stop sign: three breaths, then send whatever still feels true.”

    Questions

    What are Love Spirals?

Color spiral designs printed as stickers, cards and a coaster, made for small love rituals: a pause before you text, a kind word in the mirror, a morning intention. They are a ritual and a reminder, not a promise about another person.

Can a spiral make him come back or text me?

No, and we would never promise that. Nothing can make another person feel or do something. What a spiral can do is give you a moment to breathe before you act, and help you be kinder to yourself while you wait.

    Which color should I choose?

The one your eye goes to first. If you want a guide: teal when you are waiting to hear from someone, pink for self-love, green or violet after a breakup, gold when you are ready for new love, red or orange for a love you already have.

Do I need to charge or cleanse them?

No. Use them as they are, as often as you like. Many people like to start by holding the card or looking at the spiral for a few slow breaths.

    Are they a good gift?

Yes. The sticker sheet and the set of four cards are made to share, and a single sticker fits in any card for a friend going through a breakup.
